Refund policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by notifying DAMAS Eyewear of their intention to withdraw. The notification can be sent via email to hello@damaseyewear.com or via WhatsApp, at +39 3920668389.
After the notification of withdrawal, the consumer is required to return the goods within an additional 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification.
The goods must be returned to the indicated return address. Shipping costs and transportation risks are the responsibility of the consumer.
If the customer informs us of their intention to cancel the contract after the goods have been shipped but before they are delivered, they must refrain from opening the original packaging and return the products as soon as possible to the return address.
Once the return has been received, DAMAS Eyewear will refund the amounts paid by the customer and notify them via email, provided the goods are returned in the same condition as they were delivered, in accordance with our return policy.
If the customer fails to return the goods or cover the shipping costs, DAMAS Eyewear reserves the right to deduct the direct costs of such actions from the refund.
If the goods are not returned in their original condition, DAMAS Eyewear reserves the right to charge the customer for repair costs or the price of a replacement product.
It is recommended to return the products using the original protective packaging. In the event of damage during transportation, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
DAMAS Eyewear reserves the right not to accept returned products that are damaged during transportation. The goods must be returned with all original accessories, such as cases, packaging, warranties, microfiber cloths, and any labels.
The use of padded envelopes for shipping is strongly discouraged.
All returned products must comply with our return policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for glasses without a recognition tag, used, or damaged products.
No refunds will be issued for glasses fitted with customized prescription lenses, as they fall under the category of custom-made goods.
For all shipments to non-EU countries, transportation costs are VAT-exempt, and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and therefore not included in the shipping costs.
